• Word Count: Research articles should not exceed 10,000 words, including references and figures. Review articles may exceed this limit with prior editorial approval.
• Format: Submit manuscripts in .doc or .docx format using standard word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word).

2. Manuscript Structure

• Title Page:

• Manuscript title (concise and informative)
• Author names, affiliations, and email addresses
• Corresponding author’s contact details
• Acknowledgment of funding sources (if applicable)

• Abstract: Provide a 150-250 word summary of the objective, methods, results, and conclusions.
• Keywords: Include 4-6 keywords representing the content of your manuscript.
• Main Text:

• Introduction: Background, rationale, and objectives.
• Review of Literature: 
• Methods: Detailed study design, data collection, and analysis.
• Results: Present findings with relevant tables and figures.
• Discussion: Interpretation, implications, and comparison with literature.
• Conclusion: Key findings and suggestions for future research.

• References: Use IJOSS’s preferred referencing APA style. Ensure all references cited in the text are included in the reference list.
• Tables and Figures: Place these after the references. Include descriptive titles and legends where necessary.

3. Supplementary Materials

Authors may include supplementary materials (e.g., datasets, videos, additional figures) that will be published alongside the manuscript. Ensure these are clearly referenced in the text.

Authors will receive page proofs for final review. Review proofs carefully and return them within 10 days. Only minor corrections are allowed at this stage.
